Du darfst bei der Wahl der Bezirksverordnetenversammlung (BVV) wählen, wenn du Bürger*in eines EU-Landes bist und in Berlin wohnst.
Die BVV entscheidet über viele Dinge direkt in deinem Alltag und in deinem Kiez. Zum Beispiel:
- Parks und Spielplätze
- Fahrradwege und sichere Straßen
- Kitas und Schulen
- Bibliotheken und Jugendangebote
- Sport- und Kulturangebote
- Bezahlbarer Wohnraum
- Öffentliche Plätze und Grünflächen
- Wie Geld im Bezirk ausgegeben wird
Wer darf wählen?
Du darfst wählen, wenn du:
- EU-Bürger*in bist,
- das 16. Lebensjahr vollendet hast,
- mindestens seit dem 20. Juni 2026 in Berlin mit Hauptwohnsitz gemeldet und
- nicht vom Wahlrecht ausgeschlossen bist.

Die Wahl findet am 20. September 2026 statt.
Wie erfahre ich, wo ich wählen kann?
Vor der Wahl bekommst du automatisch eine Wahlbenachrichtigung per Post. Deine Stimme kannst du vorab per Briefwahl abgeben oder am 20. September 2026 in deinem Wahllokal. Informationen zur Briefwahl findest du hier verlinkt.

Your Vote for the District Assembly (BVV) on September 20th, 2026
You are eligible to vote in the District Assembly (BVV) election if you are a citizen of an EU country and live in Berlin.
The BVV makes decisions on many issues that directly affect your daily life and your neighborhood. For example:
- Parks and playgrounds
- Bike paths and safe streets
- Daycare centers and schools
- Libraries and youth programs
- Sports and cultural activities
- Affordable housing
- Public spaces and green areas
- How money is spent in the district
Who is eligible to vote?
You are eligible to vote if you:
- are an EU citizen,
- are at least 16 years old,
- have been registered with your primary residence in Berlin since at least June 20th, 2026, and
- are not disqualified from voting.
When is the election?
The election will take place on September 20th, 2026.
How do I find out where I can vote?
Before the election, you will automatically receive a voter notification by mail. You can cast your vote in advance by mail-in ballot or on September 20th, 2026, at your polling place. You can find information about voting by mail here.

Tu peux voter aux élections de l'Assemblée des conseillers d'arrondissement (BVV) si tu es citoyen·ne d'un pays de l'UE et que tu résides à Berlin.
La BVV prend des décisions sur de nombreux sujets qui touchent directement à ton quotidien et à ton quartier. Par exemple :

- Pistes cyclables et sécurité routière
- Crèches et écoles

Qui a le droit de voter ?
Tu as le droit de voter si :
- tu es citoyen·ne de l'UE,
- tu as atteint l'âge de 16 ans,
- tu es inscrit·e à Berlin avec résidence principale depuis au moins le 20 juin 2026 et
- tu n'es pas privé·e du droit de vote.

L'élection aura lieu le 20 septembre 2026.
Comment savoir où je peux voter ?

Ты имеешь право голосовать на выборах в районный совет (BVV), если являешься гражданином одной из стран ЕС и проживаешь в Берлине.
BVV принимает решения по многим вопросам, которые напрямую касаются твоей повседневной жизни и твоего района. Например:

- велосипедные дорожки и безопасные улицы
- детские сады и школы
- библиотеки и мероприятия для молодежи
- спортивные и культурные мероприятия
- доступное жилье

- как расходуются средства в районе
Кто имеет право голосовать?
Ты имеешь право голосовать, если:
- являешься гражданином ЕС,
- достиг 16-летнего возраста,
- зарегистрирован в Берлине с основным местом жительства не позже 20 июня 2026 года и
- не лишен избирательного права.

Выборы состоятся 20 сентября 2026 года.
